anyone know or have a good estimate on how long it will take me to put headers on a 82 5.0 Camaro? i already took the AC out so that should save some time.

Depends on how mechanically inclined you are? I would say around 3-5 hours.

It took me about 8 hours (with a friend), most of that was getting the old manifolds off, the back bolts on the passenger side are a b*t*h, its frustrating but not that hard, just make sure you have a lot of tools. Also search the boards.
