im getting ready to do a new exhaust and i wanted a dual exhaust but my car is lowered and i dont want clearence problems, and i dont want to have to rig up so crap exhaust. so i was thinking about running headers y-pipe and right arfter the pipe joins together were the cat would be a small bullet type muffler with a turn down..... i was wondering if anyone has ever done this....i will try to post what im trying to think about....i know this isnt the greatest but i mean you get the picture, kind of like a turn down or turn out....

I don't think I'd do that, not crazy about exhaust ending right under me. I'd at least bring it out in front of the rear wheel, still not the best, but the least I'd do.
