I was reading the foot notes on jegs for these headers for my 91 Rs 305 Ceramic coatd i believe...but anyhow...i thought it said that these headers would hook to my y pipe that is on it now....i l aready have a flowmaster muffler and staight 2.5 pipe i think ran all the way....did away with cat...and the Y pipe now is welded to the rest of the exhuast

Factory y-pipe? No way!

The 2055's come with their own y-pipe. The others they call Super Comps are long-tube.

They also make 2460 (I think that's the number) shorties that don't have the y-pipe, and they don't hook up to the stock y-pipe, either.
