? About Oxeygen Sensor
IF I was to purchase the flowtech headers with the y pipe do they have an oxygen sensor fitting . Or do I have to weld a fitting in for it. my car is tbi, 305 all smog equipment removed.

16102FLT? If so, Footnote 99 says 49-state emissions legal, which means it will have the O2 sensor.
To remove all doubt, call or email Flowtech and ask about the specific part number you are considering ordering.
FWIW, those are TPI-type headers, meaning the y-pipe to cat will be 3" vs. your 2-1/4". That's good, though, get yourself a direct-fit TPI cat while you're at it. Same type cat-back will complete the system and get rid of all the restrictive factory TBI stuff.
