SLP ????

I really like my SLP cat-back but I'm thinking of going with a setup so I can use 4Th gen. tips. Has anyone tryied this on a Formula? How does it look? If I do this my SLP will be for sale $275 + shipping anyone interested?

what year was your Formula? '88? 4thgen z28 tips KICK A$$ on the '88-'90 Formula. It matches all the other rectangles back there: the bumperettes, the tail lights, the bumper...
You have a couple options on how you want to setup your catback: almost any crossflow catback should accomodate the tips pretty easy. You could try to put on the SLP loudmouth catback and put the tips on the end of that. I'm thinking of ditching my flowmaster and having my 3" dynomax pipe going to a "Y" and then having dual 2.5" pipes to the 3thgen tips just like the SLP loudmouth.
