Can you tell me if my A.I.R broke?

Ok I really can't explain this well but the picture should help

Look at the very top manifold. the one with the tube running off the a.i.r You see where it connects to that thing that looks like a lug nut? mine is not connected. The tube just kinda is hanging next to the lug nut looking thing (dont have a clue what its called sorry). What should I do?

if there is no way to connect it, then don't worry about it, i don't think it should effect drivability.

its kinda hard to explain unless i could see the actual problem, but as far as performance drivability, theres not problem.
