Big Block sound

I heard a 91 Z28 with the Hooker Headers and with duel Flowmasters, it got a nice throaty sound to it like a BIG block. My question is is it from the headers or for the dual mufflers set-up?

Moving to the exhaust board, this has nothing to do with TPI

It's hard to say "SOUNDS" like a big block. Big blocks can be as tame as any other motor. Just about anything from your choice of aircleaner all the way back to your exhhaust tips can change the tone of your exhaust, but the things that can totally change the nature of how the exhaust feels (rhythm and "lopieness") are the cam, stroke, and firing order of a motor... esp. the cam.
