I have to pass the sniffer so i have to have a cat. I just bought SLP 1 and 3/4" headers. I am going to buy a dynomax 3 inch I pipe and keep my flowmaster and dual tips. I want opinions on the best 3" cat for the money. Also, do i need the cat adapter from SLP to use a 3 inch cat or is the y pipe already 3"?(i am too lazy to measure) Thanks alot

well i bought a Catco 3 inch converter from Summit w/ air tube for $48.92, i dont know why others paid $55.00 or more, quality is awesome and the 3 inch tubing looks hot

 

WOW!!! I am amazed that only one person on the entire exhaust board has an opinion about a 3 inch cat. What is every one else using?
