I heard someone on hear got a Catco cat for $55. Did it fit good, and have stock a.i.r. inlet tube? What are some other cheap cats?

I just got the 3" direct fit catco cat, it was about $110 form summit.

 

I agree, 3" direct fit with air tube $110.00
From Summit. Why mess with a unversal fit
all one size.

i got the universal fit 3", 55$ minus discount, its a univesal, and will not bolt right up, but thats not a problem, im just welding a pipe in there, no biggie, and yes it does have the AIR tube, but it comes capped, so its all good, good enuf for me,

If you have a 3" cat-back, just cut the flange off of it and the universal cat will slip right over the 3" pipe. Then run a 3" pipe from murrays or whever to your y-pipe.

Of course when you're running the stock 2.25" y-pipe the reduction is quite a mess... if I can ever get some money for headders it'll be all good though.

Just buy the 3" Catco Cat made for your car and you will not have any problems. Check Summit
out,may have 10% off. Mine just bolted in. My opinion.
