well my friend coated his heddman headers w/ normal AUTOZONE headers spray paint (alluminum) and its still there since last year, no corrosion at all, plus the alluminum paint makes it look unbelievably hot. What i did was with sand paper i took out the black paint that comes with the headers cleaned it up w/ soap and water sprayed 3 coats let each coat dry for 3 hours each. Thats what my friend did to his 91' z and it still looks good, bottom line costed me $15.00 all together

You'd probably have to find them on Ebay... There was a company that made some a while back, but none others since then as far as I know... You'll probably have to get them custom made.

"...bend slightly..."??? You gotta be kidding. The exhaust ports on the heads aren't even close between a 90 degree 3.8 and a 60 degree 3.1 or 2.8.

My Edelbrock headers are at JET HOT as we speak! They're being done in black. As for someone asking about the cost, it's $179+ shipping for sterling. However, I paid $20 more to get black. The shipping is $15-20 both ways, but I had mine shipped from Summit to JET HOT so I only pay one way.

My car only uses Mobil 1 transmission fluid, oil, and differential fluid.

You can now get the Edelbrock coated in chrome from the factory. Probably is not as durable as jet coating, but better than doing it yourself with a spray can. I was told finish will turn a bluish color after a while (like on a harley) - main thing is it will not rust! This beats their black shipping paint by a long shot and the finish is only an extra $20 at summit. I paid $335 or so for mine coated in chrome. Part number is the same but with a 1 on the end, i.e., 6872-1.

PN for the coated ones from summit is EDL-68721

Red, did those come with a 3" y-pipe? Was that coated, too? Curious
