TES or SLP

which would be best for my engine? i've noticed that the TES is significantly cheaper, but SLP claims more gains over the TES. would these fit W/P SportsmanII or Torquer heads?

If you plan to heavily mod the engine or even swap it for a 350 or larger(why wouldn't you?)go with the SLP.They are bigger and will outlast the TES,so the money spent will be worth it.Do a search on this, there has been much debate over these two headers.

SLP is alot better then TES, you get what u pay for. Now on a STOCK 350, they might make around the same (SLP more), but the more mods u do, then the more reasons to get SLP. SLP did a dyno test on their headers and TES headers, needless to say SLP did alot better, however they did it on a 383. Either way, go with SLP

for a 305, I would go with the tes. you will go faster. unless you plan big big future mods....
