No muffler??

No muffler??

I still have my cat. but iam running without a muffler, will this hurt my car or improve performance?

it should improve it, hower ur low end torque might suffer because of less back pressure, but not enough to worry, what u loose in the low end u will gain top end. is ur cat gutted? or still working.

trust me when I say don't worry about back pressure when you have a cat. I've done everything under the sun to my cat and cat back. right now I have it set up so that I can have a 3 inch straight pipe by just unbolting the muffler (Timed about 30 seconds) Unless you have gears, posi, and some suspension parts you arent putting full power to the ground. anyways the tq lost is probably a whole 1 or 2 pounds, put you do pick up some horses.

No my cat isn't gutted, it is only 3 months old. As soon as I get a dig cam I will post pics of my custom bent exaust with 18in. stright chrome tips. Thanks for replying , I thought I might be sending my rebuilt Eng. to an early grave.
