slight HP gain?
slight HP gain removing CAT?and,should be a little louder too,?

gut it
well your certainly not losing power without it, and gutting it will probably make it louder. my cat is gutted and its a 6cyl, and if by far the loudest 6 ive heard ever (not sure if i have an aftermarket muffler though 
)
