I know this is a thirdgen site, but the question should be the same. a buddy of mine has a 96 Z28 automatic. he is wanting me to put headers on it. the car runs 13.8's as it sits(it has a few mods, cat back, gears and some other stuff.He was interested in the MAC headers, y pipe and off road pipe that takes the cat out. has anyone used any MAC products? i know they make good stuff for mustangs but dont have any idea for f-bodys. The car runs really good, i dont want to put junk headers on it.also, how much do you think i should charge to put the headers and y pipe on? a dealership charged another friend of mine 500 to put a set of SLP's on his 96SS. (just like had heard before, the SLP y pipe sucks)thanks for the info
