I am looking at some 1-5/8 shorty headers and y-pipe but need to know what is the size on the Hooker 2055 headers y-pipe and what is the size on the Hedman shorty y-pipe?

Hooker 2055 is a 1-5/8 primary, ? collector and ? y-pipe outlet

Hedman is 1-5/8 primary, 2-1/2 collector and ? y-pipe

if anyone could foll in the ?s, it would help alot. thanks

 

Hookers have 1 5/8 inch primaries into a 3 inch collector with 2 1/2 inch pipes into a 3 inch y pipe collector. Hedmans have 1 5/8 inch primaries with 3 inch collector with 2 1/4 inch pipes and 2 1/2 inch y pipe collector. In my opinion definitely go with the Hookers. They are the best header period. All you have to do is open the collector ball to the ID of the y pipe and you have betters headers than anything else available, even then SLP's!
