Can anyone please give me a round about idea of what gains can be expected from headers on a L98. i have a couple questions:
What gain would be seen from 1 5/8 shorties?
What gain would be seen from 1 3/4 shorties?
How much performace is truly sacrificed by going with a shorty over long tubes?
I have a stock L98 with a 3 inch cat back, high flow cat and a stage 1 chip. I really need some header advise. I am curreently considering just about every header under the sun and would like some opinions and info. Price is a factor, but can be overlooked.

Save the longtube headers for serious track useage. They are nothing but a nuisance on 3rd gen Camaros on the street.

I would say with the cat-back and the headers, you're looking at 20hp. The stock manifolds and y-pipe are huge restrictions, on our cars.
