I'm thinking about going with Alu. Vortec heads on my 350 & I read that they have D-shaped exhaust ports.... So who makes headers for D-shaped exh. ports?

Any header will bolt on, just some will fit better than others.

 

I believe it is Jim Pace that has some Hedmans made exclusively for them that have the D port. I have neither seen nor heard of anyone who has used them, though.
