OK I tried searching but to no avail, when the exhaust is touching the chassis would that set off the knock sensor? In other words would it give out a code 43. Would it make the muffler sound louder and more annoying inside cause now it does sound louder.

 

It would just make an annoying rattling sound. Most likely it wouldn't set off the knock sensor though.
