Hooker Cat-Back????
It does not require welding but i strongly suggest getting the over axle pipe welded to the intermediate pipe not too long after you bolt it up, the tailpipes will hold if you tighten them real good. hope this helps.

Depends on which part # you order. If you order the $200 one, you will have to do some cutting and weld. IF you get teh part for your engine, it will bolt right up for $260.
