Need some suggestions for exhaust on my Z...

Hey guys....IM putting street exhaust back on my Z because Im making it street legal again...and because we have E-check now....Anyway....I dont have the original Ypipe or cat back and need a cheap exhaust to throw on it. Heres what I had in mind...please tell me yea or no way.....

3in Ypipe from stock manifolds to Converters in stock location
FLowmaster Ycollector(FLO-16078) after the cats
3in I-pipe back over the rear axle to a Dynomax Bullet 4in round racing muffler and a hideaway exhaust dump.......Would that work? The converters are Catco high flow models....which will come off of course after the Echeck... Let me know what you think...I can get this done for about $200 with labor and the 3in pipe..........Im open to suggestions....any cheaper ways...please let me know.

p.s. would the $15 Summit Welded mufflers work???

first ... summit mufflers...NO, they don't sound good AT ALL, second... why don't you use headers WITH the AIR INJECTORS on them.. edelbrock and SLP make them.. they are 50 state legal... and the catco HIGH-FLOW cat will do fine... as long as the air hoses connect to everything and the O2 sensor works... NO PROB.. but again, I'm not from KY

i'm from ny, headman/hooker/edelbrock/slp are the main copanies that produce street legal headers for these kinda cars. also any 3" high flow cat will work well. then a *** catback and your looking at 750 for everything new. but if i where you i would go ebay and check it out.
