V6 exhaust question....

I have an 86 2.8, and ive built a cold air, and did a tune up, (.045 gapped autolites, set of bosch 7mm wires,) and now lookin into an exhaust system. my plan was and 80 series crossflow from flowmaster and some sweet lookin tips. but what i read is flowmaster is gonna give me a high pitch, witch is what i absolutly want to avoid. so should i stick with my dyno max? or can i do somthing to upgrade that sound without is sounding like crap? would the 80s crossflow give me that sound? please give me your ideas and comments thanks.

If you go loud w/ a V6 all you get is that raspy high pitch noise. A V6 doesn't have the throat of a V8, therefore if you want loud, you sacrifice sound and power. Yes, a higher flowing exhaust makes HP, but it'll also loose low end torque, which a V6 or 4 banger is already short on. I wouldn't go w/ anything other than the something like the regular dynomax.
