exhaust cutout after cat, right before muffler

exhaust cutout after cat, right before muffler
im getting a cutout, and woudl like to know how much the sound difference is between putting it after the cat before the muffler or before the cat. i have to put it after the cat because there is no room before the cat cuz of my y pipe. i have a 3in car sound cat
