You should see if you can get the American Thunder setup. It is 3" piping and dual exhaust out the rear. I also think they sound mean as ***t. I had it on my car for about 2 years and I am very pleased, its cool to get compliments on how good it sounds from people.

Hope that helps you out

Ditto with the American Thunder (Summit Part#: FLO-17228).

I just put a 350 in my RS and now with about 1000 miles on the engine, headers and exhaust, it is still getting louder.

This exhaust develops a "Rapping" noise (for lack of a more descriptive term) at about 4500RPM - 6000RPM that scares women, small children and whoever's behind me.

My next point of evaluation will be seeing how long the systems lasts. I is holding up well so far- but time will decide.

I also have American Thunder 3" cat back exhaust, this will run you about 400.00 normally. I like the sound, it produces a low rumble when it idles around 600RPM and around 4000k it will scare ya. Especially sounds good when driving with Ttops out

4000k ledzep?!?! Wow I didn't know engines could do that, j/k.
i had an 80 series on my 84 TA and I hated it, it's not loud at all in my opinion, so I took it off and left it with no muffler, now that sounds good lol. I've heard that the 40 series is good but i can't really say with that. just don't get the 80 series.
