Y-pipe Question

I ordered the Hooker Competition Headers for my 91 Camaro from Jeg's. I realize now that I am an idiot for not looking for a header package that includes the y-pipe. I cannot find the y-pipe for the headers (part# 2460HKR on the Hooker website) anywhere. I need help!

I always thought that the y-pipe came with the hookers.

You might want to see if you can find one that came with that pachage. DO NOT even think about trying to make your own. It literally took me 7 hours to make my own. That includes resizing the pipe, welding, constant checking and everything. I guess it would have helped too if I had used a mig welder instead of a stick, hehe. But oh well, you gotta play with the cards you've been delt.

I actually had mine done at a local shop for only $65, with all new gaskets, bolts and the whole nine yards. Not only that, but they sucked it up closer to the body so if I ever do go back to being lowered I won't scrape.

The Hooker 2460 competition headers dont have a y pipe, you will have to have one made. If you can take them back I would, and get the 2055's instead which includes a y pipe. No fabbing needed. If not, like others have said, you will have to have one made and I can almost guarantee it will not be up to the hooker 2055 standards.
