Maximum sound suppression
What type of muffler will offer the most sound supression? Will a physically larger muffler sound quieter? Are offset mufflers any quieter than center in/out? Thanks for the input.

My car is a daily and with headers, no cat, and a flowmaster 80, it is just too damn loud. I not all that worried about restriction because I have a cutout for the track. I was asking more-so about the type of muffler being the quietest, a crossflow, single in dual out, single in single out. I can't use a stock muffler because I need a 3" inlet.

Use more than one muffler, I've seen it done before with 2 dynomax bullets right behind each other in a series set up.
