Cat to get????

I have a 3" Hooker Cat Back and I want a new cat cuz the one on my car is original. Which one is the best to get and what is involved in installing it???

Buy a direct fit Catco Cat for your model year & engine and you will not have a problem with installation. Stay away from the one size fits every model ones.

Summit.

I would recommend the TPI direct-fit, Summit p/n CAT-9118, if you want a 3". If you have a TBI LO3 engine (which I assume you do), your cat-back may have a 3" I-pipe, but the cat is all of 2-1/4". The TPI cat will be 3" (even though your y-pipe will still be 2-1/4"). Get the "good" cat, and modify your cat-back and y-pipe as necessary to get the cat in there.
