Im thinking about doing away with the diaphram under the plenum....I know I got to have the chip reprogramed but until I get that done will I have any problems other than a SES light?

Also does anyone have pics of there block off plates or atleast a picture of the TPI without the EGR?

I wouldn't do it until you have it removed in the chip. The computer will advance the timing and could cause detonation.
