I just had an "offroad" pipe made for my car.. it's pretty much just like the Mac offroad pipe, but it's welded in and isn't bolt in... has the air tube tied into it and everything. My cat that was on there was hollow already, I'm guessing that it was hollowed out from age(I think it very well could've been the original cat). I have an SLY Y-pipe and hooker 3 inch aerochamber catback, basically now full 3 inch exhaust. It sounded great before, got alot of compliments, but it sounds 10X better now. Alot louder inside the car, and seems louder outside too(although I haven't heard it drive away yet, haven't had my dad drive it off yet). I think I picked up some power too.. or else the sound is playing tricks on my mind. The low end seems like there is a loss but once it gets up and goes, it's gone. I think it's well worth it if you can have it done in your area.
