Headers and Brackets question

This weekend I got my headers in. They were quite a pain in the a$$. The passenger side went in pretty easy but the driver side required me removing the steering shaft. So now I have a new problem... my power steering bracket does not fit right because it was designed for the manifold. Has anyone else had this problem and how have you solved it??? Thanks!

Steve

Reuse the original manifold bolt with a bushing.

If the headers you are using are specific for you application, then they "should" come with a couple of spacers to make up for the distance you loose with the thickness of the original manifold. If you didn't get these with your headers call up Hooker. They have them in their bolt kit.
