Quick question on the edelbrock tes. Ive got an 89 RS, with a 305 tbi (LO3). I want to put a TES on my car but would much rather have the 3inch that comes with the TPI cars (LG9?). Ive read that a few people claim that Edelbrock's 3 inch TPI headers will fit on my LO3 car but I thought I'd get the opinion of a few more people before I bought anything. So, does anyone know if Edelbrock's 3inch TPI system will bolt up to my LO3?

One more question, has anyone ever had any problem installing a TES?

 

Since you seem made up on the TES system, the answer is yes, it will work on your car. The single cat systems are the same regaurdless of year. As long as you dont order for dual cats it will work.
