I have gone to most everywhere I know to go to get an SLP exhaust system for my 86 Camaro IROC but nobody has them for my car. They always advertise 85 TPI and 87 TPI but no 86TPI.

I'm baffled. If anyone knows what exhaust system will fit my car please respond.

don';t know about the SLP system for your car,but if that is the look you want the Banks kit has that look and a much better sound to it IMO..it is all stainless and priced about the same..Everyone here who has it including me thinks the system is absolutely killer!...just a thought because I know they have a system for your car!

 

Can you give me a website? I went to the Banks Power site and all I could find was diesel products.

 

it is NOT on their website at all!...they only have their diesel/gas truck stuff listed there.They do not advertise the system and most of the reps at Banks they connect you to when you call have no idea the system is still avail...Only their dealer support division still has the kit and sells it direct to their dealers...personally I would recommend contacting Entec @ 801 265 0994 and speaking with Eric over there.They sell the banks stuff and I have had great luck with them and I know a couple other guys here have gotten the Banks from them and had really good service as well.....

 

great, where are they out of? I was just wondering because I would like to know how much shipping would be.

 

hooker!!! all exhausts for thirdgens are basicly all the same. just how it bolts to the cat is different.

 

Entec is out of Salt lake city & I would expect the shipping would be like $40 or so,no big deal...They have been very good to me and some other members here which is why I have recommended them.Oh,and on the hooker deal: Thei system is pretty good too,but he problem to me is that for what you are going to pay for the hooker system you can basically buy the Banks stainless kit and it will far outlast it!.....Get the Banks man...you will really like it!
