84sc size?
Have 84sc had a non HO 305, what size muffler do it need? It has those dual outs on the muffler. Is in 3in and 2.5 on the dual outs?

That is a good choice for "need", but that's not what it "had".

It has 2". Spending money to perpetuate that isn't a good idea, is what I'm saying.
Instead of getting another restrictive muffler, get a cat-back that has a 3" intermediate pipe to a 3" muffler inlet and then the dual 2-1/2" outlets (if you like - single 3" outlet isn't a bad idea, either). At the very least, get a 3" inlet muffler and have the existing pipe adapted to fit it, so you can possibly upgrade the rest later.
Of course, that does nothing about the restrictive 2" y-pipe and cat, either.
