is your iroc that has the loudmouth a 305 and if so...would my 92 RS 305 tbi sound close to that?

 

Probably not even near it... Boon has a supercharged, 11 sec 305 with no cats, muffler, "bullet" type muffler... its just headers into pipes all the way back..

 

Al is probably right. It's not going to sound as loud as mine

probably a good thing. I heard Tom's car, i think it's a 91 or 92 with just the loudmouth, he still has cats and manifolds sounds real nice......not too loud like mine.

and for the record, i don't even have a "bullet muffler". all pipes, it gets real raspy, i'm thinking about adding a bullet muffler tho

As one who has heard the car up close... It will make any man that breaths tire smoke and has 100 octane in there blood will sprout wood. Needless to say, I was embaressed when I gooed on the car and was forced to clean it off.

i have no cats and when i put the loudmouth on im putting headers on to....i dont care if its as loud..i just want the same sound quality....when i heard his car i had to put a new pair of shorts on haha...It sounds sweet as hell.......and thx for your help guys

 

Boons car is hardcore straight to the bone loud! I like it, I am also very happy with how mine ended up too.

I agree with ya boon, a bullet muffler will mellow it out enough, yet still kick a mustang in the nuts when you mash it. Cant go wrong with the loudmouth.
