Quiet exhaust.
Doesn't want to rev freely like it used to. If its really bad the car won't even start. Most of the time though you'll hit a RPM wall. Now matter how much gas you give it, it just won't go faster.
My original cat plugged itself up and it was quiet as a mouse. I have a Flowmaster 80 muffler on there so it shouldn't be quiet at all. When I gave it full throttle it would hit a wall about 3,500rpm and wouldn't rev higher.
You can test it by removing the cat and starting the engine.
