Finally got my passanger side header unbolted.
.. and it only took an hour and a half!!
Now, for the best part, finding a way to put the new bolts in!
here are some of the gaskets

This is a pic of the culprit gasket that was making most of the ticking noise

Here is the bolt where that gasket was, and the hardest bolt to get to on the entire vehicle! I really don't think there's a worse placed bolt anywhere.

Now, for the best part, finding a way to put the new bolts in!

what kind of headers are those? i just installed edelbrock headers on my ta, and all of the bolts were pretty easy to get at. you're switching over to some copper gaskets right?

those look to be the percy's dead soft aluminum gaskets. do you have A/C? that header bolt is the worst with A/C. i did a complete A/C delete with a delete box and all, it helped aton....

Edelbrock TES headers.
I have the complete AIR and A/C stuff installed. The bolt was a huge pain to get to, but I finally finished it. The car sound freaking awesome now.
