H-pipe location

When putting true duals on a third gen with an H-pipe, is there any advantage as to where the H-pipe is located?

To find out where to place the h-pipe you're supposed to paint the exhaust pipes, and then run the car. The paint will burn off where the H-pipe needs to go. However where it needs to go and where it can fit are two different things...

If you're running a 'traditional' type dual, just behind the trans x-member the most ideal placement to keep it at the same level with the rest of the piping.

If that's not an issue or you're routing it differnt, kfoley nailed it.
