EFE and headers
Hi,
Will I always remove EFE when installing headers or are there headers that include the EFE-valve? I have an lg4 but want to use Hooker 2055s that are specific for 86-90 TPI-cars. Do TPI-engines have EFE?

TPI cars don't have EFE.
TES has a version that retains the EFE valve. Chevy High Performance magazine discovered it is a pretty bad restriction when they went with a 350 that dyno'd at over 380 HP when using TES without the EFE. The car just didn't perform like 380 HP when they put the engine in the car with the EFE-valve-type TES.
I've been running the 2055's with an LG4 system for 2 years with no problems.
