Cutout leak

I have a 3.5" cutout on my IROC and I hit a bump funny a few months back and ever since, my cutout blockoff plate is warped on one corner.

Anyone know where I can get a CHEAP CHEAP plate? I dont have the tools to make one and don't have the money to pay $40 locally.

have you tried the old approach using a BFH...???

possibly a couple pound hammer(Big F'in Hammer) and just pound it flat...? might help you out for that warped corner.

You could also try to stack a few paper gaskets in there to fill up the gap. They make copper collector gaskets that have a 1/8" bead that will fill a warped flange or collector. But I also recomend the hammer approach.
