If I wanted to switch one of the AIR tubes on my 2055s to fit a carbed car how much will it cost for a shop to cut it and weld if for me?Also I just got my headers coated from ACS and I don't want to mess up their beautiful job. Will the cut and welds mess up the coating job a lot or is it minimal?

I would imagine they could do it pretty cheaply, but it would ruin the ceramic coating around that area because they would have to remove it around the AIR tubes to weld them back on. The ceramic on the rest of the headers should be fine though.
