Edelbrock Headers
I picked up a set of the TES 6872 brand new cheap off someone and the question I have is right now I have the dual cat setup on my car and I want to keep it that way with dual cats but this is only a 3 single cat does anyone know if the Y pipe that is with the 6872 can be easily moded to fit the dual cats or should i get a whole new Y pipe for the dual cats? If it can be done can u give a brief explanation how so. thanks

You would have to cut off the "Y" where the two sides come together, and then fabricate bends to connect to the cats. It would be "easy" if you have access to a fully-equiped exhaust shop.
If you want to do it yourself, get the proper Edelbrock y-pipe. That may mean selling the header set you have to someone else, and buying the proper system for your car. You might try contacting Edelbrock directly and asking them if they'll sell you the proper pipe, but I don't believe they list it as a separate item.
