Will a cut-out prevent me from putting SFC?

I just went through alot of searching and discovered some people mentioning it will prevent you from installing SFC, is this true?

I have the Spohn SFC already ordered and on the way with a 3" Flowtech cut-out.

I was just about to purchase a McCord Power Plate II, but if its gonna cause problems, i may not even install the cutout itself.

Can you guys give me some insight into this, come 2-3 weeks from now ill have all the parts in to make a complete exhaust, headers to cat-back with sfc and cut-out. So i wanna install all this at the same time.

well the spohn sfc's look to clear a 3 inch cat and the cutout will most likely point down so i dont see a problem with that.
