Use a box wrench and get it from underneith. It helps to have the car jacked and have the pasenger side wheel off so that you can crawl in from that spot.

how to access your headers and spark plugs in 3 easy steps:
step1: pull the engine mount bolt on that side...
step2: place wide piece of wood that covers the entire oil pan stump on jack under motor... jack motor up.
step3: place a piece of wood or steel between the motor mount and the motor. set the engine on it.
you now have the motor tilted for easy easy easy access.
i have a 3" long piece of square tubing i use instead of wood, but most people dont have that hanging around.

That bolt would always loosen on me after a couple of week of driving, no matter what I did with it. How did I tighten it? I got a small box wrench, only about 5" long, and tightened it 1/12 a turn at a time from the top. Its a tight fit, but it can be done. I got so good at it I could do it in the dark without seeing the bolt...
