SFCs, exhaust, flanges....how much for install?

I got my tax-refund today, so I'm ordering the hooker cat back. I've had spohn SFCs in my basement for months already. I also want to have my cat reconfigured.

Currently my I-pipe has a flange that bolts to one side of my cat, and the other side is welded to my ypipe.

I assume the hooker cat is made to bolt onto the stock cat so that side will remain the same.

However I want the cat to be cut from the ypipe, then I want the ypipe to have a 4 bolt flange welded on it and a 4 bolt flange welded onto the cat as well. That way if I want, I can simply unbolt the cat from both the I pipe and ypipe in the future (emissions).

I know somebody with a MIG welder but it doesn't have a gas shield and is really messy, but I can at least install the system myself, tack weld it in place, and drive to a shop to have them finish it.

How much in general should I expect to pay for have the catback to be welded (assuming I put it in and all they have to do is go around with the TIG and finish the system), SFCs, and flange work to the cat done?

I've got 400$ set aside for all the installation work, am I fooling myself or should 400$ be enough to get all that done? I can't; image the flange work costing more then 100$, it's a simple cut/weld/cut/weld job. The exhaust should be simple, the SFCs should take the majority of the time. It's all simple welding.

Thanks

Nobody?

I ordered the hooker exhaust from summit about 2 hours ago so soon enough I'll have to go shopping around.

I just don't want to get ripped off but I want everything to be done correctly. Any info would be appreciated.
