Transmission: ck performance th400 3000 stall
Axle/Gears: 3:73 10 bolt
Dumb question on exhaust tip
i was wondering if i have a true 3 inch exhaust coming out the back does that mean a 3 inch exhaust tip would fit? or the tip would have to be bigger then 3 inch?

Transmission: Pro-Built 700r4 w/ 3400 converter
Axle/Gears: 10 bolt w/ 3.42 gears
The 3" pipe going back is more than likely a 3" outside diameter pipe, so to fit on there you would either need to flare a 3" OD pipe, or get a tip that has a 3" inside diamter slip on the end...

thanks the reason i ask is because im getting rid of a pair of tips that are 3in x 9 and some guys asked if they will fit on his true 3 inch pipes
