block huggers
Hey guys. I'm starting to have doubts by what I read from other posts about my block huggers I picked up a few weeks ago at a swap meet. I was talking with my older bro and dad and they say that were goin to have to get some exhaust tubing bent to make them work, but they'll work. But from what I've read from everything else, they won't work because of the crossmember and motor mounts. Anybody gotten these to work. Thanks
as far as i know you have to have 3rdgen f-body specific headers in order to make them work, unless you have eqiupt. to fab up your own. block huggers arent designed for the 3rdgen f-body, they were made for full framed custom cars built from the grnd up. just sell those and get some headers from Hooker, Heddman, SLP or Edlebrock.

Yeah my friend, they are not going to fit. I don't even think you could get them to work with a tubular K-member. You will need to get f-body specific headers.
