Gain from swapping out crossover muffler with Borla or LM?

Front half of the exhaust consists of SLP headers and no cat. Rear half is some unbranded crossover muffler that I got here in the UK to replace the previous crossover that I blew to pieces due to the rust on the seam welds.

I'm wondering how much I could gain if I removed the rear half of the exhaust I have at the moment and replaced it with a Borla or SLP loudmouth?

Thanks

Robert

You may be surprised at how much HP you gain by switching to a non crossflow muffler. Crossflows are pretty inefficient as far as exhaust flow goes. But they always seem to sound nicer than single outlet systems

Rob:- If you end up deciding to do this... An idea might be to get the new muffler/cat-back.. Dyno test the car with the current set-up, then fit the new set-up and do another run. Just an idea, but it would be nicer and better fun than simply using the 'butt-dyno'!\

Best of luck with things!
