Through the bung.

Now, if you're asking where to weld the bung, put it where the factory did on the manifolds - driver's side collector.

I don't have Hedmans, and I'm not sure exactly what their hedders look like. But, I do know they have a collector reducer adapte with the O2 sensor bung in it. Perhaps that's because there isn't room on the collector itself.

Back side. The collector will sit down by the k-member near the oil filter. Front facing, like the stock manifolds, will run into the k-member.

We install all our o2 bungs on the backside if the collector , Drivers side, o2 facing the firewall, Center it between the welds from the tubes and the lower flange. We have done 100's of sets like this with no problems.
