loudmouth on a third gen
loudmouth on a third gen
I was wondering what kind of work is involved in putting a Lm on a third gen. I will be putting a '95 lt1 in my TA in a month or so, and I love the way my younger brother's '94 z sounds. He has mac headers, ory pipe, and Lm. It is VERY loud. Also what headers work for an lt1 swap? Any feedback would be appreciated greatly!
I have the loudmouth system on my car and i love it.......wouldn't have it any other way....
Are there any specific areas you need pictures of, I've been meaning to get some pictures of the y-pipe, so now is the time to ask.......??

any thirdgen specific header will work as the lt1 has the same exact exhaust port pattern as a traditional sbc. look into the hooker 2055's and the slp's. mac also makes good stuff for thirdgens.

I honestly don't have an answer to your question.....I had an edelbrock cat back on my IROC.............then I had the SLP LM from my 2000 Z28 laying around, so I took off the rear section of the Edelbrock, and the LM slipped right on without any modifications. All I needed was a hanger from the 2000 Z28 that sits by the right rear wheel.....
