Hello, putting my engine back together. Ready to put the hedders on. Can the old bolts be used or should I find new ones? If so, where to get them and are they designed like the factory ones?

You can re-use hedder bolts but locking ones are worth their weight in gold. Aftermarket bolts are not studs like your stock ones. So, you may need spacer or the retention of some of your old studs to accept the AC and alt braces.
