Hooker exhaust praise

Just wanted everyone to know my cars been runnign for a few weeks, not exactly road ready, still fine tuning, but i just wanna say damn.. I put on 2055 headers and cut off the AIr tubes and welded them shut, and we opened up the collectors to 2 3/8, ran the Y pipe, had a custom pipe made with 2 flanges to replace where the cat would lay (if i had one hehehe), and hooked up the Hooker catback system and i can honestly say i havent heard a better sounding system.. sounds like an earthquake standing next to it. And for those of you running the system on your stock engines, i can only say the sound gets WAY more intense when you start packing more horses out, my system is running near 400-450hp and it sounds incredible. Just wanted to go on a happy spree and share my system. Bottom Line... Hooker 0wnz you!

Cool. I'm thinking about a Bullet where the cat goes to keep it somewhat mellowed out. But, I've got a different muffler than what you've got.

Really? the downpipes are 2-1/2" OD. That's about 2-1/4" ID.
